The sheath is an important component in all temperature measurement applications, which can isolate the measurement process from the surrounding environment. It not only protects the environment and personnel, but also separates corrosive, high-pressure, and high flow media from the temperature sensor body, allowing users to replace the thermometer without stopping the factory.

When selecting a protective sheath, users need to pay attention to two important considerations: the type of process interface and the basic manufacturing method. Normally, we mainly classify sheaths into threaded, welded in, and flange types.

In addition, the sheath can be divided into two types: assembled and integral. The assembled sheath is made of pipe material, and the end is welded and sealed with a solid bottom component. The integral sheath is processed from bar material.

This series of sheaths adopts DIN 43772 standard design, suitable for small to medium-sized process load applications, and is used in chemical industry, process technology, and equipment manufacturing applications
